Matomo
Denna webbplats använder webbanalysprogramvaran Matomo för att statistiskt analysera hur webbplatsen används och för att förbättra dess innehåll och funktionalitet.
Beroende på konfigurationen och dina samtyckesval kan de uppgifter som behandlas omfatta:

Vi använder inte analysuppgifterna för att direkt identifiera en besökare och kombinerar inte en pseudonymiserad profil med uppgifter som direkt identifierar personen.
Valfria analys- eller marknadsföringsfunktioner i Matomo aktiveras först efter att du har lämnat ditt samtycke via samtyckeshanteringsverktyget.
Den rättsliga grunden är artikel 6.1 a i GDPR och, när information lagras på eller hämtas från din terminalutrustning, 9 kap. 28 § lag (2022:482) om elektronisk kommunikation.
All behandling genom Matomo som sker före samtycke måste begränsas till det som är absolut nödvändigt för att överföra elektronisk kommunikation eller tillhandahålla en tjänst som du uttryckligen har begärt.
Lagringstiderna för Matomo-cookies och liknande identifierare anges i samtyckeshanteringsverktyget.
Övriga analysuppgifter sparas endast så länge det är nödvändigt för de beskrivna ändamålen och i enlighet med vårt tillämpliga lagringsschema.
Du kan när som helst ändra eller återkalla ditt samtycke via samtyckeshanteringsverktyget eller Integritetsinställningar.
Ett återkallande påverkar inte lagligheten av den behandling som utfördes innan samtycket återkallades.

Matomo Tag Manager

Dina uppgifter raderas när vi har slutfört behandlingen av din förfrågan. Detta är fallet när det av omständigheterna kan utläsas att den aktuella frågan har klargjorts slutgiltigt och det inte finns några lagstadgade lagringskrav som förhindrar radering.
Vi kan också behandla dina personuppgifter för att skicka marknadsföringsmaterial till dig om du har lämnat ditt samtycke till detta via något av våra registreringsformulär.
I sådana fall är den rättsliga grunden för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter ditt samtycke enligt artikel 6.1 a i GDPR.

1.1.5 Externa tjänster och externt innehåll på vår webbplats

Vi inkluderar tjänster och/eller innehåll från tredje part på vår webbplats. När du använder sådana tredjepartstjänster eller när innehåll från tredje part visas utbyts kommunikationsuppgifter av tekniska skäl mellan dig och respektive leverantör.

YouTube, videor

Denna webbplats använder videor från YouTube. YouTube drivs av YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube LLC är närstående bolag till Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland.
Det innebär att logguppgifter kan överföras från vår webbplats till Google. andra identifierare, till exempel livslångt läkar-ID, telefonnummer eller andra uppgifter som efterfrågas under registreringsprocessen
Vi behandlar personuppgifterna för att ge dig åtkomst till vår webbplats.

Våra kunder och affärspartner kan delta frivilligt i dessa webinarier.
När det gäller besök på GoTos webbplats är GoTo personuppgiftsansvarig för den behandling av personuppgifter som sker där, exempelvis när du laddar ned appen GoToWebinar.

Omfattningen av de uppgifter som vi behandlar när du deltar i ett webbinarium beror på vilka funktioner du använder och vilka uppgifter du lämnar till oss under webbinariet.

Vid inspelningar, som endast sker i förekommande fall:

  • MP4-fil med samtliga video-, ljud- och presentationsinspelningar
  • M4A-fil med samtliga ljudinspelningar
  • textfil från chatten i onlinemötet

Om du deltar via telefon behandlas följande uppgifter för att möjliggöra deltagandet:
 

  • information om inkommande och utgående telefonnummer
  • land
  • start- och sluttid

Innehållsuppgifter:

Om du använder chatt- eller undersökningsfunktionerna behandlas den text du skriver för att visa den och, om det är nödvändigt, dokumentera den.
För att möjliggöra visning av video och uppspelning av ljud behandlas uppgifter från mikrofonen och en eventuell kamera på din enhet under mötets varaktighet. Du kan när som helst stänga av eller tysta kameran och mikrofonen via LogMeIn-applikationerna.
Om vi vill spela in ett webbinarium informerar vi dig tydligt i förväg och ber, om det är nödvändigt, om ditt samtycke. Det framgår även i applikationen att inspelning sker.
Om det är nödvändigt för att dokumentera resultatet av ett onlinemöte kan vi dokumentera chattinnehållet. Detta sker dock normalt inte.
Vi kan också behandla frågor som ställs av deltagarna för att dokumentera och följa upp webbinariet.
Om du är registrerad som användare hos LogMeIn kan rapporter från onlinemöten lagras hos LogMeIn i upp till en månad. Dessa rapporter kan innehålla mötesmetadata, telefonanslutningsuppgifter, frågor och svar från webinarier samt uppgifter från undersökningsfunktioner.
Den rättsliga grunden för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter enligt ovan är artikel 6.1 b i GDPR när webbinariet genomförs inom ramen för ett avtalsförhållande, exempelvis om du är hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal med ett avtalsförhållande till oss eller har registrerat dig till en konferens där webbinariet utgör en integrerad del.
Om det inte finns något avtalsförhållande är den rättsliga grunden artikel 6.1 f i GDPR. Vårt berättigade intresse är i sådana fall att genomföra onlinemöten och konferenser på ett effektivt sätt.
Vi har ingått ett personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med GoTo som uppfyller kraven i artikel 28.3 i GDPR.
Behandlingen sker normalt inom Europeiska unionen eller EES. Om GoTo eller dess närstående bolag behandlar personuppgifter utanför EU eller EES sker överföringen endast i enlighet med kapitel V i GDPR.
När det krävs använder vi ett tillämpligt beslut om adekvat skyddsnivå eller lämpliga skyddsåtgärder, exempelvis Europeiska kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler tillsammans med kompletterande åtgärder när det är nödvändigt.

1.1.8 Information om biverkningar och reklamationer

Observera att vår företagswebbplats inte är avsedd eller utformad för kommunikation om:

  • använda rapporteringsformuläret på vår portal för rapportering av misstänkta läkemedelsbiverkningar

Om du ändå rapporterar oönskade biverkningar eller andra frågor om våra produkters säkerhet eller kvalitet är vienligt lag skyldiga att hantera din rapport och kan behöva kontakta dig för ytterligare information.

Om en rapport innehåller hälsouppgifter eller andra särskilda kategorier av personuppgifter behandlar vi dessa uppgifter när behandlingen är nödvändig för att uppfylla tillämpliga skyldigheter avseende läkemedelssäkerhet och produktsäkerhet och av hänsyn till ett allmänt intresse på folkhälsoområdet, i enlighet med artikel 6.1 c och artikel 9.2 i i GDPR, beroende på vad som är tillämpligt.

Vi kan därefter vara skyldiga att underrätta behöriga hälsomyndigheter. I detta sammanhang kommer dina uppgifter att vidarebefordras i pseudonymiserad form. Det innebär att information som gör det möjligt att identifiera dig direkt inte vidarebefordras.

Vi kan också behöva vidarebefordra sådana pseudonymiserade rapporter till våra koncernbolag och samarbetspartner i den utsträckning dessa också är skyldiga att rapportera till sina respektive hälsomyndigheter.

1.1.9 Användarundersökningar

Vi genomför ibland användarundersökningar på vår webbplats. Deltagandet är självklart frivilligt.
Vi använder funktionella cookies för att genomföra användarundersökningarna. Den tekniska information som registreras i samband med undersökningen är densamma som den information som registreras när användare besöker webbplatsen, se ovan.
De svar du lämnar i användarundersökningen kopplas inte samman med personuppgifter såsom din IP-adress.

1.2 Överföring av uppgifter för behandling på vårt uppdrag

Vi använder i viss utsträckning specialiserade tjänsteleverantörer för att behandla dina uppgifter.
Vi väljer dessa tjänsteleverantörer med omsorg och granskar dem regelbundet. De får endast behandla personuppgifter enligt våra dokumenterade instruktioner och på grundval av personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal som uppfyller kraven i artikel 28 i GDPR.
Beroende på den aktuella behandlingen kan mottagarna även omfatta:

  • bolag inom Grünenthal-koncernen
  • professionella rådgivare
  • teknik- och innehållsleverantörer
  • behöriga myndigheter när utlämnande krävs enligt lag
1.3 Behandling av uppgifter utanför EU eller EES

Personuppgifter kan överföras till eller göras tillgängliga från länder utanför Europeiska unionen, EU, eller Europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet, EES.
Vi genomför endast sådana överföringar när kraven i kapitel V i GDPR är uppfyllda. Detta omfattar situationer där:

1. Handling of personal data

At Grünenthal, we believe transparency is the foundation of trustful collaboration. Below we’ll provide you with information on how we handle your personal data when you use our website. We handle your personal data because this is necessary to make certain functionalities of our website available and give you the best possible experience. Unless otherwise indicated, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website and communicating about our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. Sitecore

This website uses Sitecore Experience Analytics to support, operate and improve the website. To the extent that Sitecore uses cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, or processes personal data for optional analytics, that processing is activated only after you have consented through the consent management tool, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Chapter 9, Section 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (2022:482). Processing that is strictly necessary to transmit an electronic communication or provide a service expressly requested by you falls within the statutory exemption and, where personal data are processed, is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Matomo

This website uses the Matomo web analytics software to analyse statistically how the website is used and to improve its content and functionality.
Depending on the configuration and your consent choices, the data processed may include a shortened IP address, the referring website, pages visited, date and time, duration of a visit and frequency of visits.
Pseudonymous usage profiles may be created for those purposes.
We configure Matomo to limit identification, including by applying IP anonymisation.
We do not use the analytics data to identify a visitor directly or combine a pseudonymous profile with data that directly identify that person.
Optional analytics or marketing functions in Matomo are activated only after you have consented through the consent management tool.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for storage of or access to information on your terminal equipment, Chapter 9, Section 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (2022:482).
Any Matomo processing that occurs before consent must be limited to what is strictly necessary to transmit an electronic communication or provide a service expressly requested by you.
The retention periods for Matomo cookies and similar identifiers are stated in the consent management tool.
Other analytics data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and in accordance with our applicable retention schedule.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the consent management tool or privacy settings.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

1.1.4 Use of contact forms and marketing communication

You can contact us directly by using the contact forms available on our website. In particular, you may provide us with the following information:

  • Address (Street, Postal Code, City)
  • Country
  • Contact data (e.g. e-mail address, phone number)
  • Message
  • Log-in information (e. g. your credentials)

We collect, process and use the information you provide via the contact forms exclusively for the processing of your specific request. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your request pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. If you contacted us with the objective of concluding a contract, processing is also legally based on Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once we have finished processing your query. This is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been clarified in a conclusive manner and there are no statutory retention obligations in place that prevent its deletion.
We might also process your personal data for sending you marketing materials in case you have consented hereto through one of our registration forms. We include third-party services and/or content on our website. When you use such third-party services or when third-party content is displayed, communication data are exchanged between you and the respective provider for technical reasons. The respective provider of the services or content may also process your data for own additional purposes. This website YouTube videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is an affiliate of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Consequently, log information may be transmitted from our website to Google. Google’s server in the United States thus automatically stores information (“log data”), such as the information that your browser sends to a website when you visit, or the information that your mobile app sends when you use it. This log data may contain your IP address, the address of the website you visited that uses Google features, the browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, information about your use of Google, and cookies.
If you are logged onto YouTube at the same time as you visit our website, YouTube identifies the specific sub-page of our website you visit when a sub-page containing a YouTube video is accessed. This information is collected through YouTube and Google and assigned to your YouTube account.
Through the YouTube component, YouTube and Google receive information that you have visited our website whenever you are logged in to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website, regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If you do not want this information transferred to YouTube and Google, you can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our website.

If you are logged into Vimeo, Vimeo can link your visit to our website directly to your Vimeo account. If you interact with the plugins (e.g. by clicking the start button on a video), this information is also transmitted directly to a Vimeo server and stored there.

1.1.6 Registration for closed user groups

Limited access for special user groups
Specific information such as details on our products we can only share with a limited group of people due to restrictions in pharmaceutical marketing law. Therefore we request the following personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • User name and password
  • E-mail address
  • Country
  • Other identifiers such as lifelong physician number, phone number, etc., as requested in the registration process

We process this personal data to provide you with an access to our website. For this purpose, you may be asked to create an account in the OneKey Web Authentication (“OWA”) application which is provided by IQVIA Commercial GmbH & Co. OHG and their subsidiaries. In this regard, IQVIA´s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply. Your data will be deleted in case you ask us to deactivate your user account.

1.1.7 Webinars with GoToWebinar and similar solutions

Grünenthal uses the services of GoTo Technologies Ireland Unlimited Company, 77 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Block C, Suite 207, Grand Canal Docklands, Dublin 2, D02 VK60, Ireland (“GoTo”) to facilitate webinar sessions via the tools “GoToWebinar” or “GoToMeeting” in which our customers and business partners can voluntarily participate.
With regards to visiting GoTo’s internet presence, the provider responsible for any processing of personal data related thereto, e.g. when you download the GoToWebinar app. Please refer to GoTo’s privacy statement which can be found under this link: LogMeIn International Privacy Policy.
The scope of the data that we process when you participate in a webinar session with us depends on the functionalities you will use and what kind of data you will provide to us in the webinar. Usually, the following categories of personal data will be processed by Grünenthal:
User details: first name, last name, telephone (optional), e-mail address, password (if "single sign-on" is not used), profile picture (optional), department, entity or occupation (optional).
Meeting data: Topic, description (optional), attendee IP addresses, device/hardware information.
In case of recordings (only optional): MP4 file of all video, audio and presentation recordings, M4A file of all audio recordings, text file of online meeting chat.
If you participate via telephone, the following data will be processed to make this possible: information about the incoming and outgoing call number, country name, start and end time.
Content data: If you make use of the chat or survey functions, the text entries you make are processed in order to display them and, if necessary, to log them. In order to enable the display of video and the playback of audio, the data from the microphone of your terminal device and from any video camera of the terminal device will be processed accordingly for the duration of the meeting. You can turn off or mute the camera or microphone yourself at any time via the LogMeIn applications.
If we want to record webinars, we will transparently inform you in advance and - if necessary - ask for your consent. The fact of the recording will also be displayed to you in the app.
If it is necessary for the purposes of logging the results of an online meeting, we will log the chat content. However, this will usually not be the case.
We may also process questions asked by webinar participants for purposes of recording and following up on webinars. If you are registered as a user with LogMeIn, the reports of online meetings (meeting metadata, telephone dial-in data, questions and answers in webinars, survey function in webinars) may be stored at LogMeIn for up to one month.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data as outlined above is Art. 6 (1). b) GDPR, insofar as the webinars are conducted in the context of contractual relationships, e.g. if you are an HCP in a contractual relationship with us or have registered for a conference to which the webinar is an integral part.
Should no contractual relationship exist, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1). f) GDPR. In these cases our interest lies in the effective conduct of online sessions and conferences.
We have concluded an Data Processing Agreement with GoTo that meets the requirements of Article 28(3) GDPR. Processing will usually take place in the European Union/EEA. Where GoTo or its affiliates process personal data outside the EU/EEA, such transfers will take place only in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
Where required, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with GoTo, together with supplementary measures where necessary. 1.1.8 Information on side effects and quality complaints

Please note that our corporate website is not intended or designed for communications regarding side effects, lack of therapeutic effect, medication errors, grey market products/counterfeit medicine, incorrect or off-label use, quality complaints and/or other issues regarding the safeness or quality of our products. We understand you may wish to report side effects or make a quality complaint. You can do this by either contacting your health care professional (e.g. physician or pharmacist) or your local health authority, or by using the reporting form on our portal dedicated to the reporting of suspected adverse drug. (https://drug-safety.grunenthal.com/ or you may directly contact drugsafety@grunenthal.com) If you nevertheless report undesirable side effects or other issues regarding the safety or quality of our products, we will be legally bound to deal with your communication and may have to contact you for clarification purposes. Where a report contains health data or other special-category personal data, we process those data where necessary to comply with applicable pharmacovigilance and product-safety obligations and for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, in accordance with Articles 6(1)(c) and 9(2)(i) GDPR, as applicable. Subsequently, we may have to notify the health authorities and, in this context, your information will be forwarded in pseudonymized form, that means no information by which you may be directly identified will be passed on. We may also have to forward these pseudonymized notifications to our group companies and cooperation partners, to the extent these are likewise obliged to notify their respective health authorities.

1.1.9 User Surveys

We sometimes conduct user surveys on our website. Participation is voluntary, of course. We use functional cookies to carry out the user surveys. The technical information recorded by the user survey is the same information that is recorded when users visit the website (see above). Your responses submitted during the user survey will not be linked to your personal data such as your IP address.

1.2 Transfer of data for commissioned processing

We will to some extent use specialized service contractors for the processing of your data. We carefully select and regularly monitor these service contractors. They will process personal data only on our documented instructions and under data processing agreements meeting Article 28 GDPR. Depending on the relevant processing, recipients may also include Grünenthal group companies, professional advisers, technology and content providers, and competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.

1.3 Processing of data outside the EU/the EEA

Personal data may be transferred to, or made accessible from, countries outside the European Union (“EU”) or European Economic Area (“EEA”). We make such transfers only where the requirements of Chapter V GDPR are met, including where there is an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or where appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Binding Corporate Rules or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Where required, we assess whether supplementary measures are necessary. We rely on an Article 49 GDPR derogation only in the limited circumstances permitted by that provision. You may contact our Data Protection Officer for information about the applicable transfer mechanism and, where relevant, how to obtain a copy of the safeguards.

  • right of access to your personal data and to receive the information required by Article 15 GDPR;
  • right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data, erasure of personal data where the conditions of Article 17 GDPR are met, and restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR;
